Saitek launches the Cyborg 5.1 Headset for increased gaming realism and performance
Bristol, 14 September 2007 – Saitek today announced the launch of the Cyborg 5.1 Headset – a Surround Sound headset designed to enhance the realism of PC games and improve gaming performance.
The Cyborg 5.1 Headset features an integrated USB sound card which delivers true 5.1 Surround Sound without the need to install a PC 5.1 card. Six sonic drivers on each side of the headset ensure true channel separation for crisp, directional sound. This precise audio tells the gamer where every shot comes from, giving them a significant performance advantage.
Like the rest of the Cyborg range, the Cyborg Headset features unique styling with satin black finish and ‘distinctive Cyborg’ logo which illuminates when 5.1 sound is selected. The Cyborg 5.1 Headset connects to the PC through a USB cable but a 3.5mm audio jack is also included for use with MP3/CD/handheld devices (in stereo). Volume is adjusted or the headset muted using the conveniently positioned in-line controls.
